TranCivilia Constructions Private Limited, was founded in the year 2016 by the Partners of TranCivilia Consultancy (Parent Company) Mr. Yashupal K G & Shridhar S, who are Structural Engineers with an object to offer the entire gamut of services under one roof. In 2021 TranCivilia Consultancy was rechristened TranCivilia Constructions Private Limited

Mr. Yashupal K.G, Co-founder and Director of TranCivilia Constructions Private Limited.
Mr. Yashupal K.G, Graduated in Civil Engineering from BIET, Visveshwaraiah Technological University & Master of Technology – Industrial Structures from Sri Jayachamarajendra College of Engineering, Mysuru, Visveshwaraiah Technological University.
Upon post-graduation, Yashupal K.G joined as Design Engineer – Structures in M/s Civil Aid Technoclinic Pvt Ltd, Bangalore for 4 years.
Also served as Senior Structural Design Engineer in M/s. DesignTree Service Consultants Pvt. Ltd., Bangalore (leading Consulting Engineering Firm in India) for 5 years. He has gained over 17 years of extensive and diverse experience in High Rise Reinforced Concrete & Steel structures for commercial,
residential, IT buildings, hospital, hotels, Industrial Structures and Institutional Projects from project feasibility inception stage till handover; preparation and development of structural design criteria, designs, technical specifications, drawings, structural reports, their checking, and quality assurance reviews to ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards and other Employer’s/ Contract requirements.

Managing Director
Mr. Shridhar. S, Co-founder and Managing Director of TranCivilia Constructions Private Limited.
Mr. Shridhar. S, Graduated in Civil Engineering from AIT, Visveshwaraiah Technological University & Master of Technology – Computer Aided Design of Structures from Malnad College of Engineering, Hassan, Visvesvaraya Technological University.
Upon post-graduation, Mr. Shridhar. S joined as Senior Structural Engineer in M/s. DesignTree Service Consultants Pvt. Ltd., Bangalore, (leading Consulting Engineering Firm in India) for 8 years. Also served as Design Head – Structures (Project Estimation, Project Planning, Project Co-ordination, and Project execution) in M/s. Concorde Group., Bangalore, as for about 2 years.
He has gained over 14 years of extensive and diverse experience in High Rise Reinforced Concrete & Steel structures for commercial, residential, IT buildings, hospital, hotels, Industrial Structures and Institutional Projects from project feasibility inception stage till handover; preparation and development of structural design criteria, designs, technical specifications, drawings, structural reports, their checking and quality assurance reviews to ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards and other Employer’s/ Contract requirements.
